At HATCH, we are working hard to grow our budding B2B SaaS business and we're hoping you will help us get even better. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help us bring more fashion brands to HATCH.

In this role, you will:

  • Break into net new logos within our largest customer segment target.
  • Manage prospects from lead to close, understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value HATCH can provide.
  • Create and update sales materials that resonate with prospects and drive conversion up.
  • Define, forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Partner with growth, product and customer success leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales process.
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve process, efficiency, and productivity in our sales organization.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate HATCH’s value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Run and implement pilot programs together with Customer Success.
  • Work with cross functional teammates in Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and more.
  • Keep prospect interactions updated in our CRM to generate insights from prospect interactions that other teams can learn from (product, CS, etc).

Did you get goosebumps? We kinda did! If you did, here’s what we’re looking for in you:

  • 5+ years sales experience within the apparel and sports industry, either selling goods or software to brands across the sector.

  • Sales is your juice. When you’re in the sales zone, you know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and can excite and convince your audience.

  • Natural ability to connect and build relationships with people, self-prospecting in key targeted accounts.

  • Eager to close enterprise-level deals. Extra points for experience bringing home 6,7-figure deals!

  • Experience and comfort selling at CxO, xVP level.

  • High degree of apparel & sports industry knowledge.

  • Solid social and emotional intelligence. You know how to put people at ease, communicate well, and build followership with your people

  • Successful, verifiable track record of exceeding quota as an individual contributor.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You can navigate change both within the team and in the sales pipeline

  • You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
